Childbirth Education has been around for many, many years. When
“Lamaze” is mentioned, most people think of the "funky" breathing
techniques. However, "funky" breathing is no longer the hallmark of Lamaze
Childbirth Education. Today, we are committed to helping women
and their families have the natural, healthy and safe birth they
are looking for. Women have an inherent ability to give birth
and Lamaze not only supports this ability, but instills women with
the confidence they need to deliver their babies.

Prepared Childbirth- Covers the signs & stages of labor, birth of your baby and post partum. Comfort and Relaxation Techniques covered in detail. Information regarding pain relief options, medical interventions and breastfeeding. (Class is designed for what is important to you.) If you are pregnant with twins, the class would be designed for the birth of twins.
Private class (1 couple- 4hrs.) $160.00 Small Class (3-4 couples- 6hours) $125.00 per couple.

Early Pregnancy Class-Instruction includes Physical Changes of Pregnancy, Discomforts, Body Mechanics, Exercise, Nutrition, Emotional Changes, Overview of Birth Options, and Fetal Development.
Private Class- (1 couple- 3hrs) $125.00 Small Class- (3 to 4 couples- 4hrs) $95.00 per couple

Refresher Class- Review of Pregnancy, Labor, Birth and Postpartum. This class is for couples that have already have had one child. Class designed for your needs.
